Mary Ann Ireland is an Executive/Leadership Coach, facilitator and team mobilizer based out of the San Francisco, Bay Area. She founded her own company, ClarityWorks, in 2003 and primarily works with clients within the life science and high tech industries.

Her clients include CEO’s, Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, and Directors in start-up, emerging, midsize and Fortune 500 companies, including Intuitive Surgical, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech/Roche, Novartis, Intel, eBay and Zillow. Her project work includes visits to the UK, China, Switzerland, Spain, Brazil, Malaysia, and Poland where Mary Ann has trained, coached, and mobilized multicultural teams.

Mary Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Brown University, a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from JFK University, and three coaching certifications. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Mary Ann is in the top 5% of all credentialed coaches by the International Coach Federation. Prior to founding ClarityWorks, Mary Ann had a successful 17-year corporate career holding roles spanning sales, marketing, and product management in a few different life science companies.
